5/10 Steven Ma Forbids Pretty Guests Messing in His Kitchen

Steven Ma attended the Master Chef’s Oath event of TVB’s Apprentice Chef 2 tv program.   He says he has to learn a new side dish in every episode and moreover to instantaneously cook it right there and then, making him both stressful and nervous.  Since he will be hosting a cooking show, he is worried that he may become fat so he will eat light to keep fit.   As to having Tavia and Myolie as special guests for his show, Steven expresses that he will prohibit them to mess around in the kitchen because he doesn’t want them to touch the knives for fear of them getting hurt.  Asked if his female guests hurt themselves, would he consider marrying them?  Steven laughs and says: “There’re 13 of them wo!”

Singpao: TVB's variety show, "Apprentice Chef 2" hosted by Steven Ma will be airing soon. (special edition airs 5/14 and 1st episode airs on 5/28)  Also, yesterday, he and a group of master chefs were at a shopping mall to publicize the show.  Furthermore, yesterday early morning he went to shoot the scene of a cow being slaughtered so as to understand which part of the cow beef brisket came from.  Even though Steven did not wield the knife himself, but the whole scene was quite terrifying to him, with the bloodied site and all.  He says that even though the cow was cut in half, its muscles still quivered.

Because of this show, Steven came across many strange ingredients such as  "alligator turtle" this kind of strange ingredient. When asked what kind of food he would definitely not eat.  Steven says he is opposed to people eating dog meat.  He is aware that some people have this practice of eating dog meat but he makes an impassioned appeal to people to please quit eating dog meat.  He expresses that he will not eat rabbit meat, horse meat or eels.

Right now he wants to keep fit so will be on a light diet, even if he has to wake up early or is tired, he will still persist to exercise.   He reveals that he will personally cook in every episode.  For the 1st two episodes he has invited Tavia Yeung and Myolie Hu as special guests.  He says he is not scared that his beautiful guests will mess up his kitchen: " I'll not let them mess around too much.  I will demonstrate a few strokes and will try to cook together.  The knives are sharp, I cannot afford them accidentally cutting their fingers.  (Asked if his female guests hurt themselves, would he consider marrying them?)  Steven exclaims: "Marry them? Wah! There are 13 special guests!"
