weibo 7/15 Apprentice Chef


7/15  17:55 Today's Apprentice Chef lesson, learned to make two Japanese dishes.  (Japanese style sweetened fish head (?) & traditional sushi roll). Difficulty level seeming not that high but skill and seasoning are very intricate; interesting! 


今天『大厨出马』去学艺,学了两道日本菜式。⦅日式油甘鱼头⦆和⦅传统太卷⦆,难度看来虽不算很高,但手功和调味却非常讲究,有意思!
