Ma in Hengdian 馬在橫店
Have been in Hengdian, Zhejiang, for a month now, and have also adapted to it. Frankly, it is quite comfortable here. The winter here is truly cold; not everybody can bear the coldness of dawn and dusk but I, conversely, is someone who likes winter, the kind of person who will rush out to play with snow when snowing. Presently, the temperature at Hengdian is not very low, the sky is clear and bright, the sun’s out and it is actually quite warm!Say Hengdian is very flourishing and prosperous? In film production aspect, definitely. If on daily lives aspect then I will say this, whatever basics needed they are all available here. Food or drinks? No need to worry, and many choices at that. Leisure entertainment? There are many shops and giant shopping malls, there’re KTV and physical fitness gyms. If have time to spare, drive 2 hours and visit Wenzhou, or go to Hangzhou for a visit, both good choices.
As for me, in between shooting films, my biggest activity is to play badminton and go to gym for exercises. Go to gym – can do it by myself. Go play badminton, at first there were just this 4-person clique, but slowly as troupe colleagues got wind of it, more and more cast and crew members began to join in. Looks like, LOYEF badminton team will soon be founded.
