Tamaya: I was too taken aback by how very well received Watchdog was by the HK viewers especially since its opening week fell on New Year's Eve and NY's day. It's opening episode rating of 32 points had the 2nd highest rated 1st episode for year 2009, 2 points behind the much anticipated anniversary series, Beyond the Realm of Conscience. Truly an unexpected feat, that - considering its graveyard time slot and low budget and its broadcast schedule being shuffled all over the place.

It broke all records!This year only Yes Sir, Sorry Sir reached 3 million, while record holder was last year's No Regrets with 3.7 million.." On Sun (2 days after its finale) Sentinel still has the most hits on tvb.com mytv with at 2,133,387.
