11/21 8:04 Continue early shift. Had 3 hours of sleep last night, so energy not too bad. But the ribs injury seems to have worsen, feel pain when taking deep breath, very frustrated! (feeling grouchy)

Steven: Good morning, thank you, Siu Yan Jie. But truly the injured ribs are very painful. So truly admire our Hong Kong female cyclist, finished the race even with broken ribs! Amazing!
