weibo 5/9 apprentice chef
5/ 9 17:48 Today visited 4 restaurants all in one go . Among them was one that is more special because they choose to have an open kitchen, and also use electric cookers. (no gas fire). Quite different! Chef Lee even taught me right there and then on how to fry the dish I love "fried scallops with fresh milk and egg whites", not bad!
今天一口氣到了四家餐館探訪,其中這一家比較特別,皆因他們採用開放式廚房,更時全用電爐(即無火煮食),挺有意思的!李師傅更即場教我弄我很愛吃「炒瑤柱鮮奶蛋白」,很不錯呢!
5/ 9 11:35 The friendly owner invited me to taste his Thai style curry.. such effusive hospitality is difficult to decline...very delicious! heehee! 熱情的老闆請我嚐嚐他們的泰式咖喱,盛情難卻......真好吃!嘻嘻!
5/ 9 11:01 Today "Master Chef" continues his journey. Went to check out the prep. situation of one of the 4 chef contestants. Because this group of chefs' preps are highly classified, photos taken inside the kitchen cannot be revealed! So sorry! The kitchen is filled with delicious aroma. Truly 'salivating conducive'! haha!
今天"大廚"繼續出馬,去探訪其中四位參賽大廚的備戰情況,由於一眾大廚賽前準備功夫全屬高度機密,故未能把廚房內的照片曝光!見諒見諒! p.s.廚房內香氣四溢,真的"流哂口水"!哈哈!
