Read that the actress Grace, Yu Xiao Fan (俞小凡) with the blue cape is a former Chiung Yao's ladies in her tv series but I don't know her since I've not watched the series she was in. 

Yuan Yang Pei is truly a mishmash of mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan cast.

    Tamaya, she's Grace Yu Xiao Fan. Used to be very popular in Chiung Yao's series. Now she's considered a veteran. It's nice to see talented artists like Steven and Yu Xiao Fan act together!
