Tomorrow, Steven will record his last song for his new album. I wonder what promotion techniques and what marketing channels he plans to use to sell the album? It is all well and good to come out with a superior product but in the end it is enticing the public to buy it as a collector's item that matters the most. Fans are not enough to spike up sales but must also have the general public support too. I hope Steven makes the album easily and conveniently available to international markets too via online music sites and international iTunes. The success and failure of a product in the end lies in how well it is been marketed to a jaded public so that they want to buy it, as free downloads are just a click away from the keyboard. I hope Steven has a good marketing team to help him -- a professional marketing team and not simply count on friends, who have only basic knowledge of marketing and no marketing expertise.
