Steven went to a radio station to promote his new song. He said the song is written as a remembrance of his late mother, who passed away 14 years ago because of cancer. Beside composing a song for her he also plans to film a movie or a tv series of his mother battling her cancer. He said:"Hopefully next year I can make a movie of her 22 year-old battle against cancer. It's meaningful. I'll be responsible for the script only. If I act in it I fear I would cry."
Aside, there are numerous reports of TVB fadans leaving the nest heading north. It is rumored that Steven's co-star, Tavia Yeung' is thinking of leaving tvb for mainland too, so asked Steven for his opinion of TVB artists exodus? He said: "Actually, TVB has recalled many former tvb artists back to film series, such as, Lawrence Ng. The form of collaboration is not important. Having variety of artists is a good thing."
