5/ 7 10:56 Today has to go to a restaurant to learn a skill. It is a one day lesson on how process 「東坡肉」* . The main focus is on the knife skill, quite difficult, so need to add oil! P.S. The photo is Apprentice Chef 2 emblem, which will be sewed on my chef uniform, has a feel of going to school! haha!
今天要前往餐館學藝。是日所學的是如何以特別方式處理「東坡肉」,主要學的是刀工,挺難的,要加油了!p.s.照片是「大廚出馬2」的徽章,會繡在我的廚師服上,很有上學的感覺呢!哈哈!
