E: After showing your acting, then show your singing. (skills)
S: haha! you mean the ending themevideo, not the themesong.
E: Yes
S: Haha! but very funny! Actually the opening themevideo is edited quite well, but for every ending the company wants to shoot an mv.  Last time Pu Chong Ling used a modern mv shoot.
E: Making everybody confused.

S: Right! A bit confusing!  People said the song was good but PCL is a semi bald Qing zai, how come suddenly had on a tank top? Uncle Choi often teased how come become an Olympics athletic? Ok, fine! This time shooting Sentinel, director said let's use ancient drama costumes then.  I didn't mind.  But my hair had grown out already so I couldn't put on a Qing hairpiece.  So need to wear a Qing hat. My character is a Qing imperial guard so needed to don a official court uniform.  Everybody knows that to shoot an mv will need to create a bit of ambiance. The direction's idea was very beautiful, a bit of smoke, and dim  lighting.



E: Like a ghost scene.
S: Not like ghost, like giong si (Chinese zombie)! haha! Later there this fan who said to me, (they addressed me as 4th Brother on the web) Wei, 4th Brother, this song is very good but how come in the mv looks like a Mr. giong si? haha!

E: Haha

S: Haha! Actually I myself thought that too.
E: Never mind, created a topic to discuss.
S: But truly looks like one! It's tough with Qing costumes.  In the olden days when they shepherded the giong si, don't know why they all dressed in official court dress.

E: Couldn't you changed yah, Ma Chun Wai?

S: No use ba! Because you couldn't wear the regular costumes.  In the series, I'm an imperial guard so must be attired in the official court uniform.  I already did not pick the official court robe to wear! If I wore the black court robe for officials and the string of Qing pearl would look even more like one.  Without the hat, would have looked better. But what to do, the hair had already grown long.  With the hat on, a little hop and a little hop there.  haha!

E: Next time,  shoot the mv at the same time as the series.
S: I've often said this to the company. If can compose the song early then can shoot the mv the same time as the series.  And then do some photoshoots for the magazines, posters, the results will be much better. The head was bald ma.

E: But you can cut out some scenes from the series to use in the mv, not necessary to lip sync the themesong.
S: MV directors hope that lead will lip sync the son. I want to also.  But attired  in ancient costume, even without the hat, me in ancient costume suddenly got into the camera for no reason at all, I felt a bit silly too.
