12月14日 23:34  In Hengdian, if not filming, then it's going to the gym or playing badminton.  No much nightlife.  After dinner it's only around 7 pm or 8 pm; stay in the room to study the script or watch movie.  Sometimes went karaoke to sing but usually won't out too late.  Sleep early, wake up early; the daily life here is more disciplined and more normal than in Hong Kong.  Here, I feel that beside being an actor I'm also an athlete.  Haha! This good, preparing myself year 2012 when I'll be busy, flying all over ! Friends, let's all add oil.

在橫店的日子，只要不用拍戲，就是健身和打羽毛球。沒什麼夜生活，每天晚飯罷才七八點；在房間看劇本看電影，偶爾唱唱歌，也不會太晚，早睡早起，生活規律 比在香港時更正常。在這��，我感覺自己是個演員外，也是個運動員呢！哈哈，這也好，為忙碌且要東飛西跑的2012做好準備吧！各位朋友，一起加油！
