今個星期《咪芝蓮》，小儀同馬浚偉去到中環一間私房菜，品嚐大廚Shawn的手勢。Shawn很喜歡跟客人交流，所以這間open kitchen設計的私房菜餐廳就最適合他。
原來馬浚偉是這間私房菜的常客，而今次Shawn特別製作了兩道菜，包括非常特別的爆谷濃湯，以爆谷煮湯，有爆谷的香味但卻沒有爆谷肉，小儀同馬浚偉都話口感好特別，另外還有甚考功夫的焗羊架。馬浚偉仲同Shawn交流煮食心得，留意聽日下午1-2的《咪芝蓮》啦！
