weibo 7/31/2012 - Encouragement for Chinese olympians

7/31 21:45 On the sports arena, to get a medal, so difficult; blood, sweat, not known to outsiders; from a different angle, likewise, the journey of life is akin to Olympics arena. Maybe the goals are different but the attitude is the same. The only thing to do is to strive hard.  You add oil, I add oil; medal, up to heaven ba! 

8/1 1:48: Women team, don't be upset, you did your best. Your performance was awesome! Don't cry! I'm proud of you! National sports team members, even without medaling I'm still very proud of you all. Those with medals are heroes; those without medals are also heroes because your sweat and tears and your pressure, I see them all. National sports team members, win or lose, I love you all, regardless. 

Same with Steven, I feel for all athletes, not just for my fellow Americans but for all Olympians.  They are all heroes with or without medals, win or lose.

After their Sentinel collaboration, from her weibo entries to Steven, Helen Ma has shown her affection for Steven always asking him to look her up for a meal. Finally they got together for dinner. Good for them.

Steven helped out Director Tsui Siu Ming in World Hepatitis Day to promote awareness of healthy liver to prevent hepatitis.  That's a really good pix of Steven.

Steven looking young and well-rested in the picture. Very fresh looking color shirt.  He says he'll be home cheering on China Badminton team as well as the Hong Kong team in the Olympics.

weibo 7/20 Wuhan-Beijing ended

7/20 15:57 Wuhan-Beijing trip has come to an end. Truly have gained a  lot. I'm grateful to all new and old friends' affection and support on this trip. Thanks for your trouble on my behalf. Your presence once again reinforced that I am indeed blessed. (I will not numerate each and everyone of you because of the limitation placed on the number of characters. Anyway, you all understand) Beijing, au revoir.

ETA: 7/21 Steven left Beijing and the very next day, 7/22 the heaviest storm to hit Beijing in six decades, closing airports and causing massive flooding.  And the storm will get worse tomorrow. Steven was so lucky to have left Beijing when he did




Upcoming events for Steven in Hong Kong

7/22: Steven most probably will drop by at HK Book Fair between 2:30 - 4pm to show support to Tsui Yong Yong who will be there during that time period to promote her book on HK artists spanning 30 years. Her book begins with Leslie Cheung and ends with Steven.

7/29: Steven is the only friend from the entertainment circle invited to Dexter Young's wedding banquet, He will be part of the groom's 'brothers'.  Dexter and wife have earlier on registered their marriage last May.

At first glance, Steven seriously looked like young Leon Lai.  The 2nd pix shows up the signs of time passing by.  17 years ago. Steven was so cute and sunshine, full of youthful vigor then. What a pretty youth he was then, now one can see the passage of time etched on his face

Man in pix is Taiwan Little Tiger's former manager, now managing other Taiwanese singers.

Like I said, Steven is mostly probably in talks with Gold Typhoon Group about releasing a music album.
