2013-11-30 14:19 Finished recording  Propety Protector's 「守業者」themesong " Heaven's/God's Will「天意」. Recalling the scenes matched with the song, a tear inducive....song. Melody：張家誠 lyrices: 張美賢 music composition/supervisor: Johnny Yim.



TN: With its themesong recording done, guess PP's airing is not too far off.  Given its non-festive plot, can't be aired in the timeslots of Christmas-New Year-Chinese New Year period, but then TVB's actions are never rational. In fact despite its non-festive plot Steven-Tavia's Sweetness in the Salt was actually scheduled for a CNY timeslot but in the end was shelved due to its supposedly bloody scenes galore but Astro Malaysia went ahead with the schedule airing it as planned airing it during the CNY period.  Before I would have complained about PP airing on graveyard timeslot because of low rating but now I don't care any more - just need a fix for my Steven Ma series withdrawl. 

Weight gain program

11/28/2013 14:17 Lately. have been filming nonstop; thin as a desiccated person; early October (my) weight's only 63 kg (138.9 lbs) ....middle October started to embark on a weight gain and strengthening fitness program. Almost two months now, my food intake these past two months is equivalent to four months' in the past. This morning got up from bed, with empty stomach I weighed in at 68.2 kg (149.9 lbs), so happy, one step closer to goal! The training process is tiring but I will persist. Thank you to two fitness instructors, Ricky and Jeffery!  Add oil to myself!

前陣子一直拍戲，瘦得像人乾一樣，十月初的體重只剩63kg.....十月中開始了增重和強度健身計劃，至今接近兩個月，這兩個月的食量絕對等如從前四個月的份兒，今早起床空肚子上磅已有68.2kg,太開心了，離目標又近一步！段練過程挺累，但我會持之以恆的，謝謝兩位教練ricky和jeffery！加油我自己！

對不起囉兩位，我的目標是75kg，會努力去平衡兩位老友的不滿，放心！

Reading Mak Ling Ling's 2014 predictions for some TVB artists made me recall her 2009 prediction for Steven - and boy, was she off.

After finally renewing his contract in August 2009 amdist much media hoopla, Steven was filled with much anticipation for a brighter career path but things took an unexpected turn - it was not meant to be.

My favorite is the last photo followed by the 1st one - love it. The others are ok.  Not crazy about the 2nd photo - just not Steven's style, the 3rd one is a bit too uncle cos' of flat hair and costume, and the 4th one can't see his face.

Good news notice -- The Legend of Kublai Khan will air on TVB late December

11月20日 23:48Siu Ming gor from the start had already reserved the role of Liu Bin Zhong for young master (tn: Steven) but was opposed and obstructed by someone, consequently Siu Ming had to find another actor, and even had the latter's head shaved.  Ultimately...ultimately Siu Ming gor still wanted young master for the role. That's why I'm very grateful to Siu Ming gor and Amy jie (tn: his wife), and also 阿區 ..thanks.  And now Kublai Khan achieves such good results, blossoming everywhere, I myself also shed copious tears! Congratulations to Siu Ming gor and Amy jie.  


Note: I can only imagine how angry and frustrated both Tsui jie and Steven were at that person for obstructing this hard earned opportunity to film such a big budget, high profile series and under such a renowned director to boot. No wonder Tsui is still emotional at recalling that period. 

2013-11-20 21:35「忽必烈傳奇」The Legend of Kublai Khan will air late December on TVB hd channel. This battle,  tough to fight ya! In the end, won! Young Master 









Btw, The Legend of the Yuan Empire Founder (建元风云-忽必烈传奇)has been changed to The Legend of Kublai Khan. 「忽必烈傳奇」(because of China Films and TV Series' order. Probably KB is not acknowledged by China government as the founder of Yuan Empire? )

Reportedly, 【安徽卫视2014年待播电视剧】Anhui satellite station will air this series in 2014. So far, this series has been aired on local/online China tv station(s) and in Malaysia.

lol! hkchannel link  - just read the article as another one of HK tabloids' ridiculous picture prompt article. Poor Charmaine of yet another slanderous article, and poor Steven for being collateral damage.

Props to tabloid journalism - see the added sweat drop on the back of Steven's head? lol! Props to a fertile tabloid imagination.

The originating report said that Charmaine was plying her charms and red wine on Steven but to no avail because he is already taken. To emphasize Steven's discomfit at Charmaine's attention, sweat drops were ps on his head, and allegedly like Monk Tang his whole posture was stiff as if trapped in a dangerious situation. Allegedly to get away from the uncomfortable attention, Steven spent most of the night socializing with the men.
