6/29/2012 23:55  A friend texted me, asking me why didn't I verify the veracity of the situation before reposting. I have this to say: I don't have the capability to verify the truth, but neither do I have the capability to refute it.  It is only a repost.  This being the case, why not take it at face value. At least if it is true and I did it I would not feel guilty. The truths and falsehoods on internet, who can guarantee their veracity. Of course, I'm no fool, only that if it turns out to be true, my previous skepticism would make me feel bad. That's all!

Guess Steven stayed back in Hengdian despite wrapping up his scenes last week just so he could join in YYP's wrapping up celebratory dinner. Judging from the pictures guess they all got a bit high last night. And surprisingly Huang Shao Qi who looked so 'si man' appeared to be the most 'high'.

Me think the bottom left photo with the Emily (the producer) lying across the men's laps is a bit too much for online exposure.  Btw, that's not a flattering shot of Steven. The usual reserved HSQ (per Shanghai TV Festival interviews) seemed rather high last night, must be the effect of liquor.  He seemed to be the most 'high' in the uploaded group pictures.  WQQ was right when she said once HSQ gets comfortable with you, his playful side would emerge. As of now, Steven has not uploaded any pictures or transferred any pictures of last night celebration onto his weibo.

I rather like that picture with HSQ sitting on Steven's lap.  Such spontaneity and comfortability. I hope Steven is mindful of his public image at all times especially around liquor consumption. A reputation takes years to build but only a moment to tarnish if not destroyed.

Steven Ma is currently at Hengdian filming the series, Yuan Yang Pei.  The shot for today is a fencing scene. Because of the heat, Steven is sweating profusely. He says he has lost quite a bit of weight. He reveals that the series will wrap up in late June so like a horse he will have a break in summer. However it won't be a complete break because he has other stuff to attend to.

In August he will go to Shanghai to discuss with a music company about releasing a music album. In mid July he will go to Beijing and Wuhan for meetings to prepare the establishing of his own film production studio 『小馬工作室』in year end. In September he will film a new series in Shenzhen with a script he co-writes with others.

What's there not to like about a man who practices what he preaches by indiscriminately treating everybody right. Even to a lowly sweeper Hengdian ignored by most. The world needs more people like him to make it a better and nicer place for all.

Last fan group visit in Hengdian 6/16/2012

Waoh, such speed! Just yesterday Steven weibo about scheduling fan visit with his assistant and the fan group visit happened instantly, almost.  Many fans were unhappy about their being left out from this secretively/privately arranged fan group visit.  I can understand both views, on one side the visit was obviously hastily arranged because Steven is wrapping up his work in Hengdian, his Tang Ting Xuan scenes are done not sure about his Lai Fu's, so time is of essence getting the group visit ready. And even then the group was of a good size.

On the other hand, irate left out fans after having missed the other earlier group visits are naturally bummed out to have missed the very last one in Hengdian as the next series will be filmed in Shenzhen, far away from Hengdian.

please schedule your visit

Little piggies, remember before coming to visit must first contact xiao jiao @刘凤娇VS小乔 because she knows my work schedule and also knows if the situation is suitable for group visit. Your feelings I understand but you girls traveling alone, and from so far away have me worry. So remember be good (guai) .  Even more so, be careful and be alert.  V

As usual Steven is very caring with his words. He understands the power of words.

weibo: Steven why so thin?

Haha! Steven feels pressured because lately everybody who has seen him recently, whether in person or his uploaded pix or videos, all asked him or commented online why he has gotten so thin lately.  As protest, he uploaded a pix to show off his biceps on his muscular left arm.

6/14/2012 20:27 Lately has been more rushing around; many things to take care of; many meetings to attend; everyday shooting series ah; play ball ah; gym ah; missing home; missing family; missing friends; missing "elder sister (ka jie)"; missing "foster father" (tn:uncle choi); plus have quit eating instant noodles; quit eating chicken skin; so become thinner but super invincibly happy.

6/14 14:33 Everyday hearing friends and colleagues alike exclaiming "How come you have lost so much weight"?  actually can cause pressure. (on him) I play ball and do fitness exercises everyday, food intake did not reduce, just face has less flesh, but the body still has muscles. I belong to the steel rod model, ok?   Ok, here's my signature smile, doesn't look too thin. Everybody, don't worry!
