weibo: even shorter hair

9月28日 15:17  Another hair cut!

If Steven cuts his hair any shorter he will be bald soon.  Maybe the cutting away of hair is symbolic gesture of Steven shedding his problems for a fresh start.
But I don't like his new haircut or dyed hair.

Working out to offset the previous latenight meal.

Last night had a meal of late night supper, tonight engaging in a fierce battle to offset its effect, will not become a pig. Haha!   


TN: Steven's response to numerous fans' admonition over late night eating that may or may not cause indigestion and weight gain when he posted his earlier weibo about having a late night snack/supper. The fans' admonition sound like what naggy mothers would say to their 'son'.  And that made me think of Steven's plea in his essay: "Women, let me be bah!"  Here's Steven sharing some info on weibo and there fans admonishing him, though done out of concern. But haiz! Steven's a grown man, ma. Who knows that supper may be his 2nd meal of the day.

the moon represent my love

I prefer the tradition rendition of "The moon" than Steven's.  The late Teresa Teng had made this song so much her own (although she was not the orignal singer) that anybody else's rendition (no matter how good) just doesn't give off the same feel to me. Also I've associated this song with Teresa's soft, gentle voice so a male vocal, no matter how well sung,  just doesn't cut it for me.  And that goes for Steven's too.  In fact, male singers should avoid Teresa's songs (esp Moon, 甜蜜蜜)while female singers should avoid George Lam Chi Cheung's songs.

TN: FuLum Group is a group of restaurants. Per his weibo, looks like today has been a good day for Steven.

Steven hamming it up (mai meng) for the camera.

Don't like 'hamming', don't like Steven smiling with pursed lips,

and don't like his new hairdo.

On the aside, Miu Siu Ching has been very weibo friendly with Steven, responding to almost if not all of his weibo.  An inkling they have a planned upcoming collaboration.

Though similar, I prefer this one (sic 2010 ?) more.

Do not be provoked into civil unrest!  Our stance is toward a situation not people. Do not be own people against own people! Those citizens are Chinese people, the police are Chinese people, all from the same root (tn: Cao Zhi's 7-step poem) how come becoming a civil unrest, consequently, the losses will be even more!  Hope fellow brothers and sisters be calm, be rational. Steven's sick.

 The long absent old illness suddenly struck me tonight, made me almost passed out in the badminton court, panicking my friend. Sorry, my friend. Friend sent me to the emergency hospital. Saw a young and beautiful female doctor, prescribed lots of medicine. Ai, have to start taking medicine again. So troublesome.   Don't feel too good right now, so will just upload this photo taken this afternoon.

久違了的舊病晚上突然來襲 害我差點暈倒在球場上 把朋友嚇壞了真不好意思 老友陪我去醫院 看了一個年輕美麗的女醫生 拿了很多藥 唉 又要開始吃藥了 煩 現在精神不太好 就發一張下午拍的

TN: Steven looks really gaunt in the above pix showing a sunken cheek. Guess the old illness is either low blood sugar or the heart artery problem?  Maybe over exercise training for badminton competition, plus too much work and too much stress?  Wonder how he did in the Changchun badminton tournament?

Per Miu Siu Ching's weibo quip (see below) in response to above weibo pretty sure Steven's upcoming HK tv series is a collaboration with NowTV.  About the young and beautiful doctor, Steven was just being gracious to her.
